Newmarket Masters swimming is designed to encourage fitness and competition through
coached regular sessions for adults.

Monday – 6am – 7am
Monday – 8pm – 9pm
Tuesday – no training
Wednesday 6am – 7am
Wednesday 6pm – 7pm
Thursday – no training
Friday – 6am – 7am
Friday – 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Saturday – no training
Sunday – 3.30pm – 5.30pm

Team Goals
As a competitive masters team we focus our training on:
The two main national competitions (Long course nationals in spring and short course
nationals in autumn).
Two regional competitions (our hosting of the spring open and east regionals in October)
Any personal objectives (PB’s, regional records or individual events such as marathon
swims) discussed with he coaches.
Support and compete in the clubs open events and club championships
Overall health and well being benefits of attending regular coached sessions
Improving technique and racing craft

    We want to encourage old swimmers to return to the sport and keep those who have finished
    there age group swim carers into masters swimming. We hope that the sport retains an
    important part in peoples general fitness and well being. We have members of various abilities
    and all ages and would love to welcome you to our club. Drop our head coach an email and we
    can arrange a trial.
